These Terms of Service (also called terms and conditions) cover use of the Kitchen Design Partners website, including our forms, consultation questionnaire, and online booking. Please review them before using our website.

Our Design Studio and Showroom

Kitchen Design Partners is a kitchen and bath design studio and cabinetry showroom. We design spaces and supply cabinetry and countertops. Construction and cabinet installation are handled by your builder or contractor, or by a trade partner we introduce; our fabrication partners provide countertop material, fabrication, and installation. Showroom visits and consultations are by appointment.

Website Information and Products

Our website provides general information about kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, countertops, and our services. Product images, colors, finishes, and specifications are for general reference: they can differ from the actual product, and manufacturers may change or discontinue items. Any investment ranges on our website are general planning numbers, not quotes.

Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not by itself schedule work, reserve products, guarantee availability, establish a final price, or create a contract. Designs, orders, pricing, payment terms, and timelines are confirmed separately in writing, and manufacturer warranties apply to the products they cover.

Consultations, Booking, and Uploads

Our consultation questionnaire leads to online booking through HighLevel. A booked time is a request to meet with our team, and we may contact you to confirm or reschedule it. If you upload plans or design files, you confirm that you may share them, and we use them to prepare for your consultation and project.

Text Messaging Terms

Programs. Kitchen Design Partners offers transactional text messages about services you have requested, such as appointment reminders and updates, and marketing text messages, such as offers and product news. You enroll in each by checking its box on our contact form or consultation questionnaire.

Optional consent. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.

Opt out. Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to cancel texts at any time. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, then stop further messages through that program. To receive messages again, opt in again through the same form.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@kdp1.com, or call (847) 564-9780.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network. Text messaging should not be used for emergencies.

Your phone number. Only opt in using a number you own or are authorized to use. Notify us if you change or give up that number so we can update our records.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, and protection of information, including our restrictions on sharing mobile information and text-message consent. Please review it before submitting information or enrolling in texts.

Acceptable Use and Website Content

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false or abusive requests, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website text, images, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not grant permission for unauthorized commercial reuse.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses or links to services operated by third parties, such as HighLevel for our forms and booking, Constant Contact for our Kitchen Planning Guide, Google Maps, Houzz, Instagram, and other social media. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. We do not control their content or availability.

Availability and Limitations

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by applicable Illinois and United States law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Changes to these terms do not by themselves provide new consent for marketing or text messages.
