Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Kitchen Design Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates kitchendesignpartners.com. This policy explains the information collected through our website and related communications, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide. Our contact form asks for your first name, email address, phone number, the type of project you have in mind, and a message. Our consultation questionnaire asks about your project, your role, plans, timing, investment level and contractor, your street address and email address, and any design files you choose to upload. When you book a consultation, request our Kitchen Planning Guide, call, email, or visit our showroom, we receive the details you share there.
Our forms also record technical and source information: the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, campaign (UTM) parameters, and ad click identifiers from Google, Microsoft, or Meta when you arrive from an ad. Our website and service providers may also receive your IP address and browser or device details.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare for and schedule consultations and showroom visits, plan and coordinate design projects and cabinetry and countertop orders, provide customer care, maintain records, send communications you request, improve our website, see which pages and campaigns bring inquiries, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Providers that support our website, forms, scheduling, email, and business operations may process information on our behalf. Our form submissions and consultation bookings are stored in HighLevel (LeadConnector), and the Kitchen Planning Guide signup runs on Constant Contact. When your project needs it, we share relevant details with the builder, contractor, fabricator, or trade partner working on your project. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. The restrictions on mobile information and text-message consent below apply to these general sharing descriptions. We do not sell personal information.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
Our contact form and consultation questionnaire each have two optional boxes: one for transactional text messages about services you have requested, such as appointment reminders and updates, and one for marketing text messages, such as offers and product news. If you check a box, you agree to receive that type of text message from Kitchen Design Partners.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us at info@kdp1.com or (847) 564-9780. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile information. Service providers may process this information only to support functions such as customer service and message delivery on our behalf; they may not use it for their own marketing. We do not disclose text-message opt-in records or consent to third parties. No other information-sharing category described in this policy includes those records.
Read our Terms of Service for additional messaging details.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, analytics, and campaign attribution:

- HighLevel’s tracking script records website visits and connects them to a form submission or booking.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from spam. Our accessibility toolbar remembers the settings you choose in your browser. Our map is provided by Google Maps, and our Instagram feed is served by Trustindex, which loads posts and images from Instagram. These companies process information under their own privacy policies.
You can manage cookies in your browser and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Microsoft explains Clarity’s data practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. These choices may apply only to a particular browser or device.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, ordinary business records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
