We hired Nancy and her team at Kitchen Design Partners to prepare the lead plans to update and remodel our kitchen, breakfast, laundry and mud rooms. Because we redesigned so many rooms, Nancy and her team devoted significant time and energy to create a cohesive design that maintained the integrity of each room. KDP really got to know our preferences during the process. The team was very thoughtful and did an excellent job transforming our rooms, making each more functional and beautiful. KDP really understands kitchen design principles and guided us through several iterations of the plans until we settled on the final plan versions. Along the way, Nancy and her team suggested many improvements that we had not even considered, including moving a few walls, opening doorways, and redesigning the fireplace between the kitchen and breakfast room. KDP also reimagined our bar in our family room and redesigned a functional coffee bar for our breakfast room, which really unified the space and feel of these rooms. Since Nancy and the team work with many vendors, they could really search for details that delivered custom, high-end results while staying largely within our budget. The team was great to work with. They were always receptive to our personal style preferences and translated them into a cohesive vision. We are thrilled with the end results and love our new rooms which are now beautiful and much more functional than they had been.
