Contact us to schedule our first meeting and get started on bringing your vision to life. We’ll delve into your clients’ goals and other important details, ensuring that every aspect of your project is carefully considered.
Meeting 1: Concept Meeting
Meet with us at our showroom and introduce us to your project in more detail. Learn about our design process and take an exclusive peek into our high-quality cabinets. Our cabinets come in a spectrum of finishes and are constructed with the utmost precision and care.
Meeting 2: Client Meeting
At our showroom, we invite your client to share their unique vision and lifestyle needs for their project. We’ll take a deep dive with them into our company process, including a “cabinetry 101” crash course. From there, your client will make preliminary selections for the door style and finish. With a keen understanding of the project features and a rough estimate of cabinets, styles, and finishes, we’ll provide an estimate.
To The Drawing Board
When you choose us as your partners, we go beyond a simple cabinet estimate. Our designers craft preliminary designs that showcase floor plans, elevations, and breathtaking perspectives that bring your clients’ dream cabinets to life and create a space that truly speaks to them.
Meeting 3+: Design Presentation And Discussion
At our showroom, we will be reviewing our estimate, while also discussing any feedback, questions, or innovative ideas you and the client may have. The client will then complete a design agreement and pay the design fee, ensuring the next steps. The design fee is subtracted at the cabinet order.
Re-fine the Design
We take great care in perfecting our designs to not only meet the client’s practical and functional needs but to also create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Our attention to exquisite detail ensures a stunning end result that will leave a lasting impression. Any design adjustments will be thoughtfully considered and reflected in a new proposal.
Field Measurement
Ensuring a perfect finish to your dream home is our top priority. A visit to the work site is a vital step in our design process to confirm measurements and tweak essential design details. We make sure everything is just right before we proceed with the cabinet order.
Meeting 4+: Final Meeting, Client Approval
Together, we review and approve all final documents, ensuring every detail is perfect. As we move forward, the client also secures their order with a deposit.
Order Cabinets
Our expert team sends in the order and coordinates with the factory to ensure the cabinets are crafted to perfection and delivered on time. We also work closely with you and the client to coordinate a shipping date that suits your needs. The client’s final cabinet payment is due when the cabinets ship from the supplier.
Delivery Date Confirmed
Once we’ve coordinated the delivery with you and the client, we’ll sit down with you to perfect every last detail – think countertops, tiles, and designs.
Cabinet Delivery
Cabinets are delivered directly by the manufacturer or by our trusted third party moving company into our client’s home. Our team meets the truck at the delivery and makes sure that the delivery runs smoothly. KDP gives a project binder to the installer which provides all of the project information, and also discusses all installation details with the installer and answers any questions.
On The Job Follow Up
We personally communicate with the kitchen contractor and the installers and make on-site visits to ensure a smooth and seamless installation process. Your questions and concerns are met with prompt and attentive responses, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your project’s success.
Finishing Touches
We then focus on the perfect finishing touches. Whether it’s a beautiful quartz countertop or a sleek shower bench, we are here to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible for the customers.
Completion!
